As a standard practice, final delivery logs for SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS messages sent to end mobile numbers, as well as email delivery logs for messages sent to recipient email IDs, are retained in our system for a period of 90 days only.
We request you to kindly note that delivery logs requested beyond this retention period are not available, as they are automatically purged from our system in accordance with our data retention policy.
