Please find below steps to view the user response

  • Log in to the CPaaS panel.

  • Go to the WhatsApp channel section.

  • Open the Live Feed tab.

  • You will see two options: Template Message and Conversation log.

  • Select Conversation log.

  • Use the search bar to enter the user’s phone number and view their conversation data.
