3. Read: The recipient has opened and viewed the message, confirming that the content has been seen on their device.
4. Failed: The message could not be delivered due to technical errors. These may include official Meta error codes returned by WhatsApp or internal system error codes triggered during message processing. These errors typically occur because of invalid parameters, template issues, rate limits, or system-level failures.
