Yes, it is possible to check the template based detailed report from CPaaS panel,


Please follow below steps for the same.


  1. Log in to the CPaaS panel.
  2. Navigate to the WhatsApp channel and continue.
  3. Click on Live Feed to view detailed delivery logs.
  4. Use the required filters from below to refine the data:
    a. Date Range
    b. Business Number ( if multiple numbers are linked to the same panel)
    c. Status (delivery status)
    d. Additional Filters such as Tags and Template
  5. To filter by template, open More Filters, click the dropdown under Template, select the desired template, and apply the filter to view template-wise delivery data.
