The recipient mobile numbers on the CPaaS panel are shown masked so as to protect the customer data visibility only to authorized users.
Below are the steps to check logs for the user number 91xxxxxxxx.
- Navigate to the WhatsApp channel and continue.
- Click on Live Feed to view detailed delivery logs.
Click the Search tab and enter the actual number to view the user logs for the encrypted data.
If needed, you may click the Download button on the right to receive the report in your email. After downloading the report, you will be able to view the number in an unmasked format.
To add new email to get access to download the report.
- Log in to the CPaaS panel using your credentials.
- Navigate to the WhatsApp channel and proceed further.
Go to Settings and click on Manage User.
You will receive a confirmation email. Before proceeding, make sure to first log in to the panel and, using the same browser, open the verification email to complete the process.
