The recipient mobile numbers on the CPaaS panel are shown masked so as to protect the customer data visibility only to authorized users.


Below are the steps to check logs for the user number 91xxxxxxxx.

  1. Navigate to the WhatsApp channel and continue.
  2. Click on Live Feed to view detailed delivery logs.
  3. Click the Search tab and enter the actual number to view the user logs for the encrypted data.
