You can follow below steps to check the detailed whatsapp message delivery logs within the CPaaS Panel,


Steps to check detailed message delivery logs

  1. Log in to the CPaaS panel.
  2. Navigate to the WhatsApp channel and continue.
  3. Click on Live Feed to view detailed delivery logs.
  4. Use the required filters from below to refine the data:
    a. Date Range
    b. Business Number ( if multiple numbers are linked to the same panel)
    c. Status (delivery status)
     d. More Filters such as Tags and Template
  5. After applying the filters, the detailed data will be displayed.


If required, you can click on the Download button on the right to have the report sent to your email address.


To add new email to get access to download the report.

  1. Log in to the CPaaS panel using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the WhatsApp channel and proceed further.
  3. Go to Settings and click on Manage User.


You will receive a confirmation email. Before proceeding, make sure to first log in to the panel and, using the same browser, open the verification email to complete the process.
