For embedding the video in your Email HTML Template there are some costing involved. So request you to share your account managers approval inorder to proceed with.
Once approved please share the below details on helpdesk@netcorecloud.com
1. HTML file where space should be mentioned for the video.
2. video file should mov, .mp4, .avi, .divx, .webm, .ogg, .xdiv, .flv, .3gp.
Size: the upload limit is 120 Mb. Duration: it has a maximum of 900 seconds and a minimum of 2 seconds.
Or a youtube or vimeo video URL can also be possible
