You have the option of Set Contact Limit under SCHEDULE BROADCAST at the time of campaign creation.

Just mention 500000 in the Set Contact limit and Publish the same.

Once it is sent to 5lac users you can again Edit that campaign and send it to the remaining contact in your list by setting the limit again.
