You can follow the below steps to add the sender details in your Smartech panel:

1) Login to your Smartech panel

2) Click on Admin --> Account Configuration



3) Click on Edit next to Default Sender Details 





4) Add the default sender name and the sender email address and click on Save. The same will be visible at the time of campaign creation.
