You can achieve the same at the time of creating a campaign.
1) Login to the panel
2) Click on Campaign --> Email
3) Click on Create Regular Campaign
4) Click on Filters under Extra(You can use this option once you have selected the list and saved the campaign).
5) Use the below condition and Click on Subscribe count to get the count.
6) Click on Use Filter and the Filter gets applied.
