You can remove Contacts from Lists, blacklist contacts, and also delete the contacts from All Contacts. If you remove a contact from a List (Delist), you can still view it in All Contacts. However, deleting the contact from All Contacts deletes it completely from the system.
Steps to delete contact in Smartech(From List as well Contact Master)
1) Login to the panel
2) Click on Data
3) Click on Contacts
4) Click on Delete Contacts
5) Select Delete option radio button
6) Choose the radio button as Email or Mobile (Depends on what you want to delete)
7) Upload the CSV file that you want to delete without the header.
8) Under Delete from if you select List and choose the list it will get deleted only from that particular list that you select but will be available in Contact Master and if you select System it will get deleted from entire panel.
9) Click on Process
