The “Dropped” status indicates that the recipient email addresses are currently part of your account’s suppression list. As a result, the system automatically prevents emails from being delivered to these recipients.

This mechanism is implemented by Netcore to maintain email hygiene and protect sender reputation. By suppressing addresses that have previously bounced, unsubscribed, or marked emails as spam, the platform helps ensure better deliverability, prevents repeated delivery attempts to invalid recipients, and safeguards your domain and IP reputation with mailbox providers.

Recipients may be categorized as Dropped due to the following reasons:

1. Hard Bounce – The email address has previously encountered a hard bounce. Even a single hard bounce results in the address being automatically suppressed to maintain sender reputation.
2. Unsubscribe – The recipient has unsubscribed from receiving your emails.
3. Spam Unsubscribe – The recipient has marked your email as spam, which automatically places the address in the suppression list.
4. Manual Unsubscribe – The email address may have been manually blocked or added to the suppression list from the panel.

If you wish to review or whitelist specific email addresses, you may do so by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your CPaaS account.
2. Navigate to the Suppression tab.
3. You will find the list of blocked email addresses on this page.
4. Search for the email address that appears as Dropped in the Live Feed.
5. Select the email address and click Delete to remove it from the suppression list.

Once the address is removed from the suppression list, you may test sending emails again to verify successful delivery.
