In case if the webhook callback to your application fails on Netcorecloud Email API platform, there would be an immediate alert triggered to the registered email address of your account indicating the failure along with the error details. As a customer you are expected to take an action on the same to fix the same issue while we keep retrying to deliver the webhook callbacks in below frequency:

  • 15 minutes after the most recent failure
  • 45 minutes after the most recent failure
  • 1 hour after the most recent failure
  • 75 minutes after the most recent failure
  • 90 minutes after the most recent failure 

 

Once the maximum retry limit is reached for a specific event, your hook call will be treated as failed and no further retries are allowed.
