How to Resend the Report Download Password in the CE Panel
Overview
If you are facing a CE report download issue or need to resend the password for downloading reports, you can easily regenerate the password from the CE Panel by following the steps below.
When Should You Use This?
Unable to download reports due to a missing password
Did not receive the report download password
Password needs to be resent to the registered mobile number
Steps to Resend the Report Password
Step 1: Log in to the CE Panel
Log in to your CE Panel account using your credentials.
Step 2: Open Account Configuration
Click on your Profile icon.
Navigate to Account Configuration.
Step 3: Access Data Export Settings
Locate the option:
“Add or Modify Email and Mobile Information for Data Export Requests.”
Step 4: Resend the Password
Click on Resend Password.
Select your registered mobile number.
Click Resend.
? The report download password will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.
Important Notes
Ensure your mobile number is active and correctly registered.
The password sent via SMS is required to unzip/download reports.
If the SMS is not received, please wait a few minutes and try again.
