As you know suppression feature helps you to avoid re-sending of emails to the email ids which are either non-deliverable or are not interested in receiving your emails. By default Netcorecloud Email API platform stores all the list of email ids which have been added to the suppression list from the inception of the account.


You can download the list of suppressed email ids for a specific period or the entire list of suppressed email ids. In order to download the list of email ids from suppression list by using below steps.


1. Download list of suppressed email ids for a specific duration:


    a. Login to Netcorecloud Email API panel


    b. Navigate to Suppressions tab (On the left) as shown below,



        c. Select the required duration as shown below,


    d. Select the required status ( Also known as reason for that email id getting in to suppression list) as shown in below image and click "Apply",



Note: In case if you want to download all the users for a particular duration, do not select any specific status.


    e. Once done, Panel would give you the list of email ids which were added to the suppression list during the same duration.


    f. Once done, you can click on the download button on the right corner to download the same data as shown in the below image,



    g. Please note that the same data would be generated and sent to you over your registered email address in some time once the download is ready.


2. Download complete data from suppression list,


    a. Login to Netcorecloud Email API panel


    b. Navigate to Suppressions tab (On the left) as shown below,



        c. To download the complete data click on the download the button on the right side corner and select "Complete data" option from the panel as shown in below image,



    D. Please note that the same data would be generated and sent to you over your registered email address in some time once the download is ready.



Note: We recommend cleaning of email ids with "bounce" reason from your Database  as email ids which are under status "Unsubscribe" or "Abuse" are valid email ids however these users are not interested to receive your emails at the moment.
