Steps:
Go to app section
Edit the respective app and check custom URL is set or not.
If it is not set then please request customer to set from their end. Share below guideline links with them.

If the custom url is set in panel then please check if you are able to pair the device panel. You will receive device pairin link on below email.

Follow below steps for the same.
Go to left hand menu >> select the required app [android or iOS] >> Click on test
Post that below window will open.
You can create your own group or add into any existing group.
Click on add device >> write down your device name >> click on ADD >> post that you will receive the . For more details please refer to below link.

If you are not able to pair your device with the panel then please arrange a code review session between client’s tech team and internal app integration team
