Prerequisite from client: Domain Name
Troubleshooting :
Check whether the domain is added in below 4 Google postmaster access:
1-Username northpostmaster@gmail.com Password North!@#126
2- Username southpostmaster@gmail.com Password South!@#Soutj
3-Username internationalpostmaster@gmail.com password Inter!@#125
4- For US client please use the below Postmaster login

Once you find that domain click on three dot against the and click on verify domain:
After that click on Adding a CNAME record and share the CNAME value to the client
