Please find below the steps to download Responage LC/SC Report:
1) Login to the Responage panel.
2) Under Keyword Manager -- > Click on Reports.
3) From Select Keyword drop-down choose the LC/SC.
4) From Select Sub Keyword choose if any or leave as it is.
5) Select From Date and To date.
6) Click on Generate Report.
7) The report will be displayed below. Click on Download to download the report.
