While using Pepipost services, Unsubscribe tracking can be disabled at the sending domain level by going to settings => sender domains => click on “View settings” next to your active sender domain. Once the tracking is switched off, any email going from that domain will not have an ‘Unsubscribe’ link appended in the email.
For customers who are sending Marketing/promotional emails, If you are switching off unsubscribe tracking from Pepipost, make sure your email content has an ‘Unsubscribe’ option for the user.
You can override the default configuration settings in the panel by passing appropriate parameters within the API requests. The value of “unsubscribe” parameter passed within the API call will override the default configuration within the panel.
Note: This facility is not available within SMTP email injection method.
