Pepipost has exhaustive email delivery status's in order to give our customers the most transparent email delivery status updates. 


Below given are the email delivery status available on your Pepipost panel,

  1. Sent - These are the emails which are sent from our end and accepted by the recipient MX server for further delivery into the user's mailbox.

  2. Bounce - These are the emails which are tried to be delivered but could not get delivered to the end-user & currently not categorized further under Soft bounce or Hard bounce category by Pepipost.


  3. Click - These are the emails which are sent to the end-user from Pepipost and user has clicked on any of the links which are available in the email content.

  4. Hard bounce - These are the emails which are tried to be delivered but could not get delivered to the end-user because of permanent reasons like mailbox does not exist..etc

  5. Soft Bounce - These are the emails which are tried to be delivered but could not get delivered to the end-user because of temporary reasons like mailbox quota full..etc

  6. invalid - These are the emails which are marked to invalid email ids ( The email ids which contain Space or any special character which is not acceptable at a global level and not as per RFC standards)

  7. Open - These are the emails which are sent to the end-user from Pepipost and the user has Opened the same email to see the email content

  8. Processed - These are the emails which are getting processed from our end for delivery to the recipient MX server.

  9. Unsubscribe - These are the emails which are received by the end-users and from which the end-user has unsubscribed if he may not interested to receive your emails in future.

  10. Abuse or Spam - These are the emails which are received by the end-users and  they marked them as Spam as he may not be interested to receive your emails in future

  11. Dropped - These are the emails which are not processed for delivery from our end and blocked on your account. Below given are the reasons for the same.
    •  Emails sent to these users have Hard bounced for 1 time.
    • Same recipient users are unsubscribed from your emails.
    • Same recipient users have marked your emails as Spam.
    • Or it could also be possible that the same recipient user has been blocked on panel manually.
