With Manage users functionality, you can have multiple users login to the same Netcore email API account. you can restrict the access for a user using roles to either provide limited or full access of your Netcore email API account panel.
In order to create a new user, Login to your Netcore email API account and Go to settings => manage users and follow further instructions in the sub-user creation wizard.
