A bounce occurs whenever the recipient server rejects the email. The primary reason for these bounces is that the email does not exist or is misspelled.
In all such cases, the return path address (which always points to the service providers like Netcore email API) will receive the bounce emails from the ISPs and not the sender. So, it is very important to notify the sender that the email is bounced so that the sender can do a retry with the corrected one.
This can be easily achieved by the Bounce Forwarding feature.
You can receive bounce notifications to a specific address by enabling the “Bounce Notification” feature in your account and defining the forwarding address.
Once the address is set, the system will automatically keep on forwarding all the bounces to the set email address in real-time.
To access this feature navigate to Settings-->General > Mail settings –> Forward bounce> enable> enter email address > Save.
You won’t have to worry about bounces when you hit the Send button ever again!
