The reports fetching and sharing them over a download link on the registered email address is an offline process. it usually gets triggered once you go to the panel and click on the download (export) button to fetch the same report. At times, this process may take some time basis the time period of your searched data and the overall no of records to be fetched. In a usual scenario, it should be done within 1-2 hrs from the request time.
