On the Netcore email API panel, the emails can be shown under processed status under live feed due to the below reasons,


1. The emails are processed and are under retry on our email delivery servers due to temporary problems with the acceptance of emails by the MX servers of the recipient domains.


2. There can be a temporary delay in updating reports on the Netcore email API while your emails are delivered on time.


3. There can be a delay in the processing of emails from the Netcore email API application. 


Note:  If the recipient’s server does not accept the emails, Netcore Email API continues to resend these emails to the recipient’s server for the next 72 hours only if the email status is processed.
