Pepipost offers two billing methods, Prepaid and Enterprise Postpaid
In the prepaid method, users get 25000 free emails at the beginning of every monthly billing cycle. These email credits gets lapsed in the same month and are not transferred further to the next month.
Users willing to acquire more email credits will have to recharge with their desired amount. The equivalent email credits have no validity and can be used over the period of time.
When it comes to postpaid users, billing cycle starts from the 1st day of the month. An invoice of the billed amount is emailed to the user’s registered email address on the last day of the month.
Note: Postpaid method is available only if the monthly email volume exceeds 10million.
