Email Credits – View Usage and Recharge
This article explains how to view your available Email Credits and how to request an email credit recharge, including annual recharge planning.

1. Overview
Email Credits are required to send email campaigns to your subscribers on the Netcore
platform.

2. How to View Email Credits.
You can view your remaining Email Credits in the Usage Overview section of the
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to the Panel
Sign in using your registered login credentials.
Step 2: Open Usage Overview
From the main navigation menu, select Usage Overview.
Step 3: Review Email Credit Details
You can view:

● Total Email Credits allocated
● Remaining Email Credits
● Overall email credit consumption

3. When Email Credits are exhausted, email campaigns will stop sending until additional
credits are added.

4. Recharging/Purchase Email Credits
If you need additional Email Credits or are planning an annual recharge:
● Email credit recharges are handled by your Netcore Account Manager
● Your Account Manager can:
○ Share available email credit plans and options
○ Recommend suitable plans based on your expected email volume
○ Add credits to your account once finalized
