If you are having trouble accessing the detailed report download feature, here are the steps you can take to resolve the issue:
1. Confirm Access: First, check with your admin to ensure that you have been granted access to download the detailed report. If not, ask your admin to follow the steps below to grant you the necessary access.
2. Profile Settings: On the dashboard homepage, click on Profile. Then, select Account Configuration and navigate to the Add or Modify Email and Mobile Information for Data Export Requests section.
3. Fill in Details: In the designated sections for Name, Email-Id, and Mobile Number, enter the required information.
4. Save Changes: Once you have entered the necessary details, click Save to update the information.
