How to Obtain Access for Detailed Report Downloading

Overview

If you are unable to access the detailed report download feature in the CE Panel, it usually means the required data export permissions are not configured. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.


When Should You Use This?

  • Unable to download detailed reports

  • Download option not visible or restricted

  • Access not granted for data export


Step-by-Step Resolution

Step 1: Confirm Access with Admin

  • Check with your Admin user to ensure you have been granted access for detailed report downloads.

  • If access is not enabled, request the Admin to complete the configuration using the steps below.


Step 2: Navigate to Account Configuration

  • On the CE Panel dashboard, click on Profile.

  • Select Account Configuration.

  • Navigate to “Add or Modify Email and Mobile Information for Data Export Requests.”


Step 3: Enter Required Details

  • Fill in the following information:

    • Name

    • Email ID

    • Mobile Number

These details are mandatory to enable secure report downloads.


Step 4: Save the Changes

  • Click Save to update the information.

  • Once saved, the detailed report download access will be enabled.
