How to Reset Your Password

Overview

If you are unable to log in to the CE Panel or need to reset the password for any user, follow the steps below to regain access quickly.

When to Use This

  • Forgot CE Panel password

  • Login failure due to incorrect password

  • Password reset required for a user account

Steps to Reset Your Password

Step 1: Open the Login Page

  • Go to the CE Panel login page.

  • Click on “Forgot Password”.

Step 2: Enter Account Details

  • Enter your Account Name and Username.

  • Click Submit.

? A password reset link will be sent to the registered email ID.

Step 3: Reset the Password

  • Open the email received.

  • Follow the instructions in the email.

  • Create a new password as per the security guidelines.

Step 4: Log in to the CE Panel

  • Return to the login page.

  • Log in using your newly set password.

Important Notes

  • Ensure you enter the correct account name and username.

  • Check your spam/junk folder if the reset email is not received.

  • The reset link is time-sensitive.
