How to Download Campaign Reports from the CE Panel

Overview

The CE Panel allows you to download campaign performance reports to analyze metrics such as Sent, Delivered, Opened, and Clicked. Follow the steps below to download Summary or Detailed reports easily.


When Should You Use This?

  • To analyze campaign performance

  • To download Email campaign reports

  • To export Summary or Detailed metrics


Steps to Download Reports

Step 1: Navigate to Engage

  • Log in to the CE Panel.

  • From the dashboard, go to Engage.


Step 2: Customize Metrics

  • Click on Customize.

  • Select the required campaign metrics:

    • Sent

    • Delivered

    • Opened

    • Clicked

  • Click Save.


Step 3: Apply Filters

  • Click on Filters.

  • Select:

    • Duration (e.g., Last 30 days)

    • Channel (Email)

    • Tags (if required)

  • Click Apply.


Step 4: Download the Report

  • Click on Download.

  • The Export Pane will open.


Step 5: Choose Report Type

  • Select the Report Type:

    • Summary

    • Detailed


Step 6: Configure Export Details

  • Select:

    • Channel

    • Report Type

    • Duration

    • Email ID where the report should be delivered

  • Confirm and proceed with the download.
