In day to day operation there can be requirement of blacklisting mobile number so that further communication will not be processed for delivery. We can achieve the same with simple steps.


Please find below steps


1. Login to your Bizbond Panel

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Subscribers Settings

4. Select Manage Blacklisted
5. Click on upload Blacklist Number

6. Click on Upload blacklist numbers and fill required details as below-->> click on upload blacklist number:

Select the Channel (ALL or Specific Channel)
Select TRAI Message Mode (ALL or Specific Type)
Select Feed SenderIds (ALL or Specific Sender id)
7. Click on Upload Blacklist Number.


Use csv file and only 10 or 12 digit ( mobile number with 91 ) mobile number in correct format in the file


You can search blacklisted numbers under blacklisted history or upload blacklisted history
