Please find below the steps to disable template from the panel:

1: Login to the bizbond panel:

2: Click on Settings

 3: Click on Message settings

4: Go to message setting -->> click on message template -->>You can see search box:

5: Select enterprise -->> Select channel and click on search

6: Now you can see all template whitelisted on channel or enterprise level


 7: To disable template go to action and click on disable

You can enable disabled templates on panel using the same steps.
