What This Means

A Harvest Error occurs when the system is temporarily unable to process the uploaded list data. This is usually a system-level or processing delay issue and does not require re-uploading the file in most cases.


Resolution / System Action

  • The data upload process is automatically re-initiated for the selected list.

  • The reprocessing will start within the next 15 minutes.

  • Once completed, the list upload should be processed successfully without any manual intervention.


What You Need to Do

  • No action is required from your end.

  • Please allow up to 15 minutes for the system to complete the reprocessing.

  • Avoid re-uploading the same file during this time.
