A market segment is a group of people who share one or more common characteristics, lumped together for marketing purposes. Each market segment is unique, and marketers use various criteria to create a target market for their product or service.



Please refer the below steps:


1) Login to the panel


2) Click on Data --> Contacts --> Create Segment


3) From Select Contact Type drop down you can select Contact Master or  particular list on which you would like to create Segment


4) You can give the Segment Name as per your wish.


5) Select the conditions of segmentation as required. Select Any or All based on your requirement.


6) To add a block, click ADD BLOCK.


7) After you have defined all the conditions for your segment, click Create Segment. You can view your segment in the Segment grid-view section.



Below are 2 examples of different use cases in which segment can be created for achieving the requirement.

I would like to get an excel dump of all the Email IDs to whom the email campaigns were delivered in last 6 months.

I also want to know of those email IDs how many recipients have opened at least once


This can be achieved by creating a Segment


Follow 1-4 point from above and then


*Use the 1st conditions as per below screen-shot and Click on Done.



Click on Add condition


*Use the 2nd conditions as per below screen-shot and Click on Done.



*You can click on Get Count to check the count that you have received.


*Click on Create Segment button and the Segment gets created.


*You can mouse hover the created segment and export the CSV file which contains the required data.



Please let me know how can we export the details of undelivered phone numbers via the panel.
